June was packed full of lots of fun outside. Most days ended with dirty feet and filthy clothes - a sign of a good day.
I lost count of how many toads the boys caught this summer. They both love to carry them around - on the other hand, they creep me out!
I often went to the trail to run this summer. It's easier to push the stroller, and the boys love to take their toys along to ride before and after. Win win!
Date night with the Kempfs at Gervasi. Perfect evening to sit on the patio!
The boys made me cards and hid a present for me. They revealed it was behind the couch before I even had a chance to open it - they could not wait for me to see my gifts!
Donut date before heading to pick strawberries
My mom and I made a quick trip to Grove City, PA to pick up a birthday gift for Carson that I bought off of Craigslist. We did a little shopping at the outlets since we were in the area. They had a cute little donut shop and it was the perfect afternoon treat to keep the boys happy in the stroller!
My mom bought the boys these ridiculous teeth and it was hysterical watching them play with them.
He couldn't consume his taco fast enough so that he could eat the rest of the guac out of the bowl. Both of the boys LOVE guacamole.
Our for an evening walk and Ben found the remnants of his Broncos license plate in the driveway. Sad day!
Baby toad!
Ben had his wisdom teeth taken out this month. I was expecting a brief wait in the reception area after my wisdom teeth removal had only taken about 15 minutes. After over two hours of waiting, and lots of worrying, they finally game to get me. Apparently Ben had a really tough case and they had to drill one of the teeth out. Ben was so loopy and out of it - it made for lots of good laughs on the way home.
Because of how much they had to work to get them out, Ben got really swollen and sore. He looked like a chipmunk! :)
Catching fireflies - they loved to do this anytime we were outside at dusk.
Hudson fell and hit the TV stand. We debated going for stitches, but ultimately decided not to. Can't believe neither of our kids have had stitches yet as rough as they play!
Indians game - 95 throwback night! Was fun to see lots of the old players and relive the good old days.
Sunday afternoon bike ride
This kid hates clothes! He takes them off any chance he gets.
Oh my sweet, sweet ornery Hudson. Within the span of a week he cracked eggs on the coffee table, drew on the walls with a sharpie, poured chicken broth on the coffee table, and drew with red lipstick on the carpet. These are the days!
Perfect evening for a hot dog roast!
First movie experience to see Inside Out. Carson loved the movie and Hudson loved the snacks :)
We stopped to see the Vet Clinic display at the Smucker's Family Festival. They had several fun activities for kids including face painting. Carson's face was priceless when the lady told him ninja turtles was an option!
We went to a cookout at a friends house the evening of some local fireworks. They had the barrel ride there for the kids and they had a blast riding around the yard.
And then the adults tried to squeeze in and go for a ride. Marissa's face sums it up - we were all laughing SO hard!
On this day he found some mascara and drew on himself and the walls. Oh Hudson!
The boys came down the stairs giggling and came into the kitchen like this. They had taken off Hudson's diaper and changed him into underwear. They were so proud of themselves! I put him back in a diaper and continued what I was doing. 20 minutes later, Hudson informed me that he peed in Carson's room when they took his diaper off. Never a dull moment!
Celebrating the 4th of July a few days early at the parade!

This post cracked me up. Your boys are gonna keep you laughing for a long time! Those teeth made me LOL.
