Hudson's actual birthday fell on a Friday this year, and it also happened to be Tyler's graduation from Dental School. We celebrated in the morning as a family with a few presents and then headed to get donuts before leaving for Columbus.
We've done this every birthday so far since moving. I think it will be a tradition - who doesn't love an excuse to get donuts?!
Two years old! He fell on the sidewalk and scraped up his face a few days before this.
Hudson loved all of the clapping that was going on at graduation!

After graduation we went back to Kristin's parent's house for a celebration for Tyler. I picked up a cake for Hudson and Tyler - Hudson wanted a Curious George cake (ah-ah in his words!), so I stuck a little George figurine in the corner of a generic cake. Ben says he totally got jipped...I say he will never remember and I promise his 3 year old cake will be better! :)
Kristin's mom had all sorts of fun things for the kids to play with and take home.
We ended the evening opening presents before hitting the road home. He got lots of Curious George books and a shirt too - he was a happy kid! Happy Birthday Hudson!
