Trying to rest his feet just like grandpa :)
Visiting the Sniders in Columbus before their big move to Boston. Jacob has been such a sweet friend to Carson and we will miss them!
Carson has been resisting naps and just being out of sight from Ben and I in general. I'm not sure what exactly it is, but if I tell him to just curl up on the couch in the living room while I'm beside him, he's asleep in a few minutes. Starting a bad habit, but at least he's napping!
So great to see this lady! We had a fun evening catching up. Karisa and I worked together in Columbus and she became a dear friend of mine. Her family lives near us now, so I still get to see her on occasion when she's home visiting!
My view in the evenings from February-mid April. At least he's home! :)
Making cupcakes for aunt Whitney's birthday! She was so lucky to babysit the boys on her birthday :)
It may be an ugly window in our bedroom, but it allows us to see some amazing sunrises!
They went through a phase where they always wanted to be wearing their jerseys. Too bad it is February and they always have to change when we leave the house!
We love when the Phillips come to visit!
Brian and Ben sent Jenna and I to get our nails done on Valentine's Day. Was a fun morning out!
We even stopped for some festive donuts to take back for our boys. They were delish!
Ben and I watched a movie and split some Jeni's after the kids were in bed. Perfect evening in my book!
First visit to the dentist and it wasn't pretty. They wanted him to take x-rays and he did not like the little wings they were putting in his mouth. We opted to skip the x-rays and just do a cleaning, but he was already worked up and couldn't settle down. I ended up having to help pin him down so they could do a quick cleaning and inspection of his teeth. Hoping the next visit goes a little smoother!
When he rises early, he likes to join in our workouts :)
This kid and his legos. Always building something and always so proud of the finished product.
Toddler play time at the rec center - a fun way to spend a snowy morning!
It's never too cold to pee outside...
We were at my parent's house on a Sunday evening and my dad needed to go on a call. He jokingly asked Hudson if he wanted to go, and Hudson raced for his shoes and took them to grandpa. He was so upset when grandpa said he couldn't take him, so Ben rode along so Hudson could go. I have so many memories growing up riding along with my dad on calls, listening to the Beach Boys, helping with little jobs like filling syringes, and filling out his charge sheet on the way to the next call. Can't wait for the day my boys can ride along and make similar memories!
Fun Friday night at the rec center...
Followed by pizza!
