September :: Random Moments

Usually the boys play/sing/fight when we go for a walk, but when Carson's at preschool sometimes Hudson falls asleep without his partner in crime.  He woke up right when I was going to take a picture, so I told him to pretend he was sleeping :)

I wish we had kept a tally how many toads we caught this summer.  Hudson loves carrying them around!

I went to check on him at nap time and this is what I found.  Luckily he hadn't peed!

Fishing on a beautiful summer evening with friends

Shopping in Columbus and they finally gave in and took a nap!  We were in Columbus for wedding prep festivities for Tyler and Kristin.

My parents were heading home from Columbus earlier than everyone else, so they offered to take the boys home with them.  Carson wanted to stay with us, but Hudson was all for it!  They stopped for dinner and sent me these pictures.  He looks like an angel!  Even though I'm sure he wasn't! ;)

Watching Kevin and Kyle dig up the yard

The boys and I made a scavenger hunt for Ben on his birthday.  They could not wait for him to get home to figure out our clues! :)

Shenanigans with dad while I shopped :)

Naked in the pool - their favorite on a hot summer evening!

Birthday Date

Easiest way to keep him occupied at a volleyball game - give him coins!

It's been so fun watching Grace play.  She is a great player and their team is so fun to watch!

Shenanigans in Target

We visited Ramseyer Farms to see Catie and the kids.  Even though it was cold and rainy, the kids had a blast!

Pizza night with the family and Carson was SO excited to see there were drumsticks!  He has read about them in a Scooby Doo book and has on multiple occasions requested chicken on the bone.  He's so funny!

Hudson and I were twins for church.  Carson wanted in on our picture :)

County Fair fun!

We pass these cows almost every day, and every day, they ask to stop and talk to them.  :)

A little pick up t-ball game in the front yard before dinner!

Our attempt at a butterfly house.  It made a cocoon and never came out of it!
