It was a fun-filled December!
After preschool shenanigans. Hudson loves when Carson joins him in the cubbies :)
I wait all year for when it's time to break out the Christmas jammies. Nothing sweeter!
Polar Express at the library
Ben ordered a burrito literally bigger than his head. And ate almost all of it!
Annual Christmas date with the Kempfs! This year we weren't sure if we would be able to sneak it in before their baby arrived, but we did it just one week in time :) A fun evening of good food and laughter as always!
Jordan was in town visiting from California for a wedding - was fun to catch up with him for a few hours!
Cookie decorating chaos!
And so it begins...the little brother thinks it's hilarious to pounce on the big brother.
We babysat Emery one evening and after the boys were in bed, her and I were best friends sharing some gelato - straight out of the container. No wonder she loves me! :)
Carson and Ben built this fort one evening while watching a movie. For the next several weeks Carson just kept modifying it and adding his own touches to it. And every day when Ben came home from work he couldn't wait to show him what he did. It was the sweetest!
This little jelly bean will be making it's appearance July 2016. So grateful! I have been feeling pretty crummy but we are seemingly on the road of a healthy pregnancy, and for that we are thankful.
Christmas at my grandma's house
A little Christmas shopping with a stop at Starbucks while Carson was at school. He talked me into this cute donut.
These boys love pickles and often request them for a snack. They are always disappointed when we're out!
Our cute little wiseman at his preschool Christmas program.
Well...this is the only photo I got to document our Christmas dinner with the Beachys and Theiss'. We had a chef come into Raina and KC's house and he cooked us THE MOST amazing meal while we just sat and ate and enjoyed it. He even did all the cleanup! It was a really fun evening and the food was seriously great.
We remembered to take a picture as we were all heading out the door - looking a little (a lot) sleepy!
The boys spent the evening with Bruce and Karen. They love spending time at their house. This was Saturday morning after we all got up - drinking coffee and reading books by the Christmas tree. It was cozy!
We enjoyed a lazy day at their house before we drove home that evening. We decorated Christmas cookies - yum!
Kristin and her mom invited us to the Nutcracker. Kristin's sister in law ended up going into labor that morning, so her mom went to see the baby and a friend took her ticket in her place. We missed Deb but still enjoyed a really good show followed by Northstar Cafe.
The boys look forward to making a gingerbread house every year. It tastes like cardboard, but they still have fun doing it :)
Oh no big deal, just a bull running through our yard after church. The joys of living right by a butcher shop :)
Round three of Christmas cookies with aunt Whitney! We were pros by this point.
Sprinkles, anyone?
Enjoying beautiful weather in late December
And a family walk in the sunshine while eating popsicles on Christmas Eve! I wanted a white Christmas, but this isn't a bad alternative.
