He usually sleeps at least a 5 hour stretch at night. Sometimes it is only 3 or 4, and sometimes it is 7, but a typical night is around 5 :)
He eats every 3 hours during the day. In the evenings he eats a little more often and acts hungrier.
He smiles all the time when he is falling asleep. We can't wait for him to smile at us when he's awake!
He is such a good baby - only really cries when he gets a bath and sometimes when he gets his diaper changed.
He has a hematoma on his head - basically it looks like a pocket of fluid between his scalp and skull. Needless to say we freaked out when we noticed it, but the pediatrician said it is from birth and nothing to worry about. He had a huge bruise on his head when he was born, and the fluid is leftover from that. They said it could take several weeks to go away.
He also has two blocked tear ducts. Crusty eyes all the time! They say they should eventually open up on their own.

He loves to snuggle and it is hard for this mama to want to do anything but that during the day! :)
He loves tummy time and holds his head up and looks around.
Happy One Month, Carson! Can't wait to see what changes the next month brings.
We love you so much!

I love it! It's hard for me to believe he is already a month old! Time sure does fly right by, especially in the summer. He's a good little head-holder! And sure does like to have his eyes open! Love the froggy shirt! :)
