We have had a busy couple of months! Here's our November in a nutshell.
Enjoying some of the last "warm" afternoons outdoors.
Bear slippers!
Taking a break from work to go visit my little guys. Best perk of on-site child care!
Aunt Whitney came home from Africa! We were all so excited to see her.
Visiting great grandma
The boys started getting their baths together. Hudson LOVES the tub and crawls as fast as he can into the bathroom when he hears the water running.
Erika took our family pictures and brought Harley along so we could meet him! He is about 8 weeks younger than Hudson.
The guys had a great idea to have a running race - it was hilarious.
Zambian soccer jersey
Hudson loves his elephant Whitney brought him back from her trip.
More African apparel :)
Date night while grandma and grandpa babysat. Doesn't happen very often and we had a great time out with the Kempfs!
A common sight when Hudson and my dad are together
Carson was playing zoo and showing Hudson the different animals :)
He sleeps like this often and it makes me laugh. He has also started stripping all of his clothes off any chance he gets. When we walk in the door from being out somewhere, the clothes come off. When we try to get him dressed in the morning, he begs for no clothes. At least he keeps his diaper on :)
Ben was eating ice cream and Hudson was clinging to the bowl and trying for dear life to get some!
Picking out our Christmas tree while grandma and grandpa were here
Making ornaments
What many of our afternoons look like these days - boys who don't want to nap unless on their mama. And note my naked 2 year old yet again.
It's amazing how young babies have the concept of right from wrong. He knows he's not supposed to pull the lights from the tree or dump Ella's water. And they are his most frequently visited places in the house!
Carson put all of the stuffed animals on Ben while he was asleep. He thought he was so funny!
The boys, my mom, and brother met up with us for a few hours on Black Friday. Ben was a trooper and kept both boys with him so I could keep going with my sisters - I know how challenging it can be to shop with both of them and he was a pro at it. Husband of the year award!
Yearly photo in front of the damages. We had such a fun day!
We spent an evening at the Kempf's house on Thanksgiving weekend. Love watching this little friendship evolve.
And can't wait to see this one grow!
Decorating the tree

That hug from Carson when I got home from Zambia was one of the best ever! He gives the best hugs. I missed them so much while I was gone!
