Snow Day!

Carson and I got a snow day from work last week - we were so excited!  We had a fun day.

Carson woke up bright and early - so early he got to watch Ben shovel the driveway and patio before work.  Ben started a game of throwing snow at Carson in the window and Carson thought it was the most exciting thing ever!

We made baked oatmeal - Carson approved.

And then got ready to head outside to play!  I would have rather stayed inside under a blanket, but knew this could very well be our last snow of the season so I began the long process of layering on all of those clothes...finally ready to go out!

We had to build our snowman on the patio because the snow was just too deep for Carson to walk in.  He kept falling down and saying "ouchie" because his hands hurt from the cold.  Too bad he still wouldn't keep his gloves on!

We are officially ready for spring!
