EKGs

Both boys had EKGs done at their well visits this summer.  Because of my recent ablation and Wolff Parkinson White diagnosis, they wanted to do an EKG on the boys because it can in some cases be hereditary.  They both surprising stayed very still while the test was being administered!

Thankfully both boys had normal EKGs!  There is a chance that the WPW could mask itself on an EKG, but that chance is very very small.  Thankful for a healthy report!  Even though I knew nothing was wrong, seeing my boys hooked up to all of those wires was unsettling and really made my heart go out to parents that have a child with a serious illness.  I cannot even imagine.  A good reminder not to take our health for granted!
