I ran in the Cap City Quarter Marathon this weekend - there were 13,000 runners and the atmosphere was really fun. There's something about the race atmosphere that is addicting and always makes you want to sign up for another one. However, as I was in the middle of it I kept asking myself why I thought this was a good idea... :)

Raina came out to cheer me on with a lovely sign - she rode her bike so I saw her lots of times during the race. She was just the motivation I needed when I was tired!
