Our (not so) little guy is 9 months old! Here's what Carson is up to these days:
- He weighs 25 lbs. 2 oz. (97th percentile) and is 29.5 inches long (90th percentile)
- He has 6 teeth - two on the bottom and four on the top (his side ones on the top came in first - he looked pretty funny for awhile!)
- He is crawling, pulling up to stand, cruising along the furniture, and standing for brief periods of time on his own
- He loves Ella and squeals in excitement when she comes near
- He is all boy - loves to rough house and is always on the move into something
- He enjoys playing with his toys and making the sounds work
- His favorite places to go in the house are the dog bowl, my cookbooks, and electrical outlets - all nos! We have an ornery one on our hands
- He babbles dadadadada and mamamamama - we like to think it is his way of saying mom and dad :)
- He wears mostly 18 month clothing and size 5 shoes
- He loves to clap his hands and sometimes waves goodbye, usually after the person has left already
- He is a genuinely happy baby - almost always smiling or laughing
- He likes to feed himself - his favorite foods seem to be kiwi, yogurt, and anything mom or dad are eating

I'm in tears! These are just too cute! He is one adorable little guy and he is blessed with very special parents! Love you all! Carol (And I am sure those babblings are really "Grandma, Grandma, I love you!")

ReplyDeleteGo Carson! You want to start borrowing clothes out of Mason's closet? You're soon going to pass him in size considering he can still wear 12-18 mon! He's getting so old and growning up so fast! :)
